I applied on Linkedln platform, hexaware emailed me to schedule an technical interview, interview was successful, they then emailed me with a link to hexaware CAF form to upload my personal information Social security and US passport information, after everything was uploaded, they emailed me less then two days that there was no job that it was on hold or cancelled. I was in shock and in confusion. I had somebody from Hexaware US office contact me to apologize. This is sad day if a company like Hexaware has no coordination in recruitment nobody knows whats going on? Please dont post a job on Linkedln if you dont hsve things under wraps. I feel humilated, i feel scammed, all i wanted was a job as a Microsoft Certified Professional. Life is hard enough to deal with, if your company is not preoared to Recruit dont post jobs without a timeline so you know what the time is before the window closes this is basic info for a Giant like Hexaware. I am completely embarassed for this ordeal.
