Interview
Three interviews:
1. Cultural fit
2. Assessment (questions about how to answer to a customer or hypotetical situations)
3. With the team (I didn't have that one)
They are kind and nice to you during the interview and they also show interest in you. More than an interview, you feel it like a conversation.

Tell me about yourself
Assessment with questions on how to deal a difficult client, how to avoid churn, etc.
1. Culture Interview
During the culture interview, they assessed my familiarity with their company and asked various behavioral and cultural questions to get to know me better.
2. Technical (Take-Home Challenge)
I was given a real-world design challenge to complete within a week. They also compensated me for the take-home task, which was a nice gesture.
3. Team Interview
I didn’t make it to the third round.

Long interview process. An offer was extended verbally and then taken back out of nowhere. Waste of time. These people don't know what they're doing, no one has a large amount of experience.
