I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HiBob (Tel Aviv)

Interview

The interview process was smooth and well-structured. It began with an initial phone interview where I was asked about my professional background and experience. Next, I had an in person interview with the hiring manager, which focused on technical skills and problem solving. Following that, I went through an HR interview and then had a final discussion with the director. Throughout the entire process, the team was clear, professional, and communicative at every step. Overall, it was a great experience.

During the phone interview, I was asked about my previous experience and the technologies I had worked with. In the technical interview, I was given an exercise related to the team’s core responsibilities, which tested both my problem-solving skills and understanding of backend principles.

I interviewed at HiBob

Interview

The process was nice, a recruiter called and scheduled an interview. The interview lasted an hour and a half. The interviewers were really nice; they asked questions about my previous role and shared information about themselves.

Question 1

They asked me to write a function that checks if a meeting room is occupied. There is a class and a function that receives a list of rooms and the number of people each room can accommodate and returns the smallest available room for the given date.
