I had to complete an online application. I was called in by the principal to interview with a panel. They each took turns asking education questions about assessments, data, diversity and many more situations.

Quick, easy, short and simple. Only met with principal. Have been through more extensive interview processes. Not very thorough. Principal was knowledgeable and wanted to do a good job, but lack of resources in place for her.
Conducted over the phone & went very smoothly. There were typical questions for any teacher wanting to go to a different school. I was complimented on past success. The principal did the interview and hired me.
