Interview
Met the CEO near his graduate studies office. Sat down and talked about the company. Then he gave me a couple problems to explain to him to see how I tutored. After a few problems, he said he liked me and we started talking about my position in the company. I filled out paperwork there and he got started later after my background check came through. Overall, it was a super chill interview.

Applied through university job board. Interviewer asked about my previous experience but most of the interview was me demonstrating my tutoring style. He pretended to be a student and I tutored on a variety of math related subjects.
