Very strange interview process. I did not have any interview/ discussion rounds, only one discussion directly with the MD. HR did not intimate me that I will be having only one discussion that too with the MD, and i was intimated when i reached the company. No relevant questions to the position of a QA manger, the so called MD started asking about how i did in my school what grades i got in school, intermediate college and Engineering college. He went on asking about my experiences in my college and some irrelevant chat. Then he asks me to explain in detail about my first project where i worked as an intern in detail. How is one supposed to remember all the details of a project you worked on 11 years ago. Any way no questions on current project roles or responsibilities. Almost 2 hrs of wasted time. And finally HR sends me an email saying that i was not a fit for the role. Dont know how come Mr.MD came to conclusion that i was not a fit for a role, even with out asking a single question relevant to my experience or the job. Seriously a very bad experience......
