My panelist had the same years of experience and asked irrelevant, low-level questions, indicating a lack of understanding of the Account Manager role. Despite engaging discussion and accurate answers, I received negative feedback from recruiter Swastica with no explanation. This feedback seems biased, likely due to the panel’s limited knowledge and experience. I strongly recommend avoiding L1 interviews with panels at the same experience level, as this risks subjective and insecure evaluations
