The interview process began with me being waitlisted. After a period of waiting, I was invited for a single interview. The interview itself was straightforward, focusing on my skills, experience, and how well I would fit within the team and company that was focused on non digital.

You can tell by the way they interview you that they dont care about you as a person. They only care about weather you can do the job or not and how they can exploit you with the exsperiance you have.
Think about it, other companies want to get to know you as a person, they really dont care what you have to say. Its an easy interview, your going to get the job if you get the interview and they will offer you a horrendous salary for all your experience. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
