Higher Achievement interview questions

The initial interview process was by phone. Questions focused on experience working with school age children. If they are unable to hire you initially, however they are interested, they will hold on to your information and call you if a position becomes available because someone didn't work out.

The interview process was smooth. They asked about your education and background. The interview lasted about 30 mins and then received a phone call for 1:1 a week later. Great environment and good management.
