Application followed by a phone call from HR. Once thats done they'll move to the next stage which is an invite to a recorded video interview (was very temperamental for me but I'll put the blame on my devices) , interview

Question 1
5 video interview questions, what do you know about the school and why do you want to work there? How would you speak to a parent enquiring about bursaries and why are bursaries important? Do you need flexible work arrangements? Explain a busy day and how you manage your time/prioritise tasks? Explain a scenario where a customer was angry or upset, how did you resolve?
