I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Highline School District (Burien, WA)
Interview
It was a very thorough interview process. Started with a phone interview with an outside consultant that had word association, scenario questions, etc. Next step was part one of the interview process which included 1. Watching a teacher lesson and writing about how you would evaluate it. 2. A written exercise with issues an AP could face in a typical day and how you would prioritize and handle them. 3. Small panel interview with three people. The last step was a second interview with a large panel that included the principal I would be working with, top district personnel, HR, etc.
