Interview
The hiring process was lengthy, they use an outside firm. The firm was very unorganized. I was advised they were not hiring after submitting an application, and then got a call for an interview the next day. I cant blame Highmark for that as it was a 3rd party but hopefully they've opted for a more professional recruitment service since.
