Good experience overall. Recruiter and hiring team were friendly and knowledgable, and everybody made me feel welcome. Good communication during the process, and while the interview was long and grilled you on many things, I appreciated where the team was coming from and the thought behind the interview (except for the coding...not sure why I had to code for Sr Manager role) I received an offer but unfortunately had to decline for a few reasons: - offer is not competitive in Seattle market for senior manager, in my opinion. Base and equity was low. - scope of role is quite small. I currently lead multiple teams in a very high impact role. Highspot leadership told me role would grow bigger, but I am looking to move my career forward, not backwards, right now. Overall, I would absolutely consider Highspot again in the future if $$ was better. Company is growing like crazy and has great people. I was sad it could not work out.
