Waste of time. Most of the design team are newly hired and don't know what they are looking for in a candidate. This company is still in a startup mentality although they are over 1400 employeea. They use this as an excuse to cover up for their short comings. They were not even sure what the rest of the hiring process was going to be.

I had a recruiter call, who was super nice and helpful. She also helped me prep for my portfolio presentation. Second round was with a hiring manager, mostly BQ. Final round which was portfolio presentation and loop interview with VP, and a few other stakeholders, as well as senior deisgners.
