Previous experience, where worked, dates, job duties and descriptions, supervisor names and numbers, why left, Education background, subjects studied, grade point average, references. Personal info, watched videos of saftey, chemicals, electrical protocols, shift times, breaks, took mechanical aptitude test, asked what i could offer company and why I wanted to work there.
