Hill Country interview questions

Screening phone interview. Interview with Management. Interview with the office staff. Drug screen Get offer from HR if accepted. You have to sign the offer and send it back. HR runs a background check and calls references.

The interview process was thorough - all day event. The staff that interviewed me were kind. The interview was completed in a new area of the hospital, but the majority of the hospital is not new and has an old appearance to it. I did not expect to go through such an intensive interview process for the position that I was being hired for.
