interview is whole day with first round being group case studies, you need to do roleplay to convince the interviewers to buy after reading the case studies. second round of interviews with the area sales managers, typical interview. third round is when you are pre-selected and will have final talk with the head of sales.

Professional but long. Expect 4-5 rounds but keep in mind they pick the best people. Questions are behavior and technical. Construction experience always a plus. Interview process mainly with HR and Area sales managers. Expect to meet many people then the one who like you will hire you.
