They asking typical annoying questions like,"where do you see yourself over the next 5 years". They lie in the interview,about the real task the candidate will have to face. In my case,the job description was for Area Acount manager for Bucharest ,but at the interview they told me I have to manage another couple areas like Prahova and Buzau.

If you’re internal, the process is quite easy. CAR format with strategic questions. Mostly centered around execution of a sales territory. Not sure how the process looks from externally, but can’t imagine it would be that different.

Interview
2 rounds. First was a group discussion round followed by personal interview. Topic for GD are general. For personal Interview my suggestion would be show passion towards the company. Read their website and find out the values of the company. Based on the role, prepare some stories from your past role on leadership.
