I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Hilti North America
Interview
It took forever (5 months) but I was given a offer which I accepted. The recruiters and hiring managers were great, when HR took over my offer was taken back because they could not verify a school I went to that closed down. I don't see how this is my fault? I had to send all my records of employment, drivers abstract everything short of a blood sample. I turned away positions and put my daughter in day care to be told sorry we cant do anything. I also asked three times during the process if my school being closed is going to stop me from being employed, to which the answer was no. I understand wanting to verify everything on a resume but the school being closed isn't my fault. To anyone applying do not have anything on your resume that cant be verified this really screwed me over and caused a lot of stress. Hilti I would recommend early in the process, stating if we can not verify everything on your resume 100% you will not be able to get a job with us with no exceptions. Since telling people this story I get leave it off your resume, why would I leave education off my resume because a company cant verify it? I know I went and graduated. This is a guilty until proven innocent set up, it doesn't work in all instances. This is to bad because I was looking forward to working for Hiliti.
I interviewed at Hilti North America (Savannah, GA)
Interview
Process was great. Recruiter reached out and did initial screening. I had second interview with the area manager who really did a good job getting to know me and passed me on to the final stage interview with the regional manager. I didn’t get the job, but overall it was a great process with the processes, clarity and honesty you’d expect from a good company.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hilti North America (Grand Rapids, MI) in Oct 2025
Interview
Phone screen with a Hilti-employed recruiter, interviewed with the regional manager, and a final interview with the director of the territory. My interview with the regional manager lasted almost an hour and a half, but I'm not sure if that is the norm.
