Hilton Grand Vacations interview questions

The Orlando location takes walk-in interviews. I was scheduled for an interview and every single walk in was taken ahead of me, causing a 30 minute delay with zero information provided about why I am waiting. Additionally, they do not let you take PTO within the first 90 days, and while this is standard, they will not continue the interview if you have pre-existing travel plans that are not negotiable. Overall a complete waste of time.

My recruiter was unprofessional from the start. They initially reached out late in the evening, but it took several days on my end to get an actual time slot. When she finally responded, there was only one slot available, and it was within the time frame I specifically stated I was NOT available for. After the interview, there was no further communication; they went ghost despite follow-ups. I already knew I was not getting the job based on their performance during this listing, but golly, this was the worst recruiting experience I ever had.
