Went through two rounds of interviews before being ghosted. First interview with recruiter went well, asked the usual questions like 'Tell me about yourself' and went through job description requirements. Moved on to the second round of interviews with the hiring manager who had a list of questions we went by, so it really felt like a question after question rather than a conversation. Disappointing process to end up being ghosted and seeing the same job posting reposted several months later. Seems like they aren't actually hiring.
