Interview
It was overall pretty straightforward -- online questionnaire followed by interview with direct boss followed by interview with founder. Everyone was very kind throughout the process, but it was hard to tell how it was going.

Question 1
How would you handle various situations where customers were unhappy, including one's that were hosts faults, ones that were the customers fault, and those that were the issue of the company,
Avg interview process. Went through 5 rounds of interviews and never heard a word. Please follow up with candidates who have invested time into the process. Questions were pretty straight forward and got a great vibe from everyone until the senior leader at the end.
