Interview
Applied and heard back almost immediately. Set up a time with the recruiter for a phone interview. The recruiter forgot to call me and had to email multiple times in order to reschedule. Unfortunately it got even worse from there. Went through the initial phone screen and then at the end of the call was informed that the position was no longer open. The recruiter then told about a different position that was available and I was interested in hearing more. Didn’t hear back again for about a week after continually emailing to follow up. Finally received a canned email response that I would not be moving forward in the selection process. It’s a shame that a company that prides itself on the hiring process is so bad at it. After speaking with others who have applied for a career Hireology, it seems that it may just be one specific recruiter that is dropping the ball and not the entire company. As many have had the same issues with no calls at their scheduled time and weeks without an email response. Wish everyone else the best of luck on their search!
