The interview process began with a call with a recruiter focused on my customer-facing experience, relationship management skills, and interest in the Hireology. Then, I advanced and met with the hiring manager and additional team members to discuss account retention, client growth strategies, communication style, and how they handle customer challenges. The final interview was a presentation where I demonstrated my ability to manage client relationships, identify opportunities, and communicate value to customers.

Overall smooth process and the questions were not too difficult. Initial interview is a phone screening and then a formal interview if you past that point. I did not move forward with a second interview.
