The recruiter and account executive were both friendly and provided helpful information about the role initially. However, after my first interview with the hiring manager, communication dropped off completely for about a week. I ultimately had to follow up multiple times just to get an update.
Even then, the responses I received felt vague and lacked transparency. I was repeatedly told I would hear back “tomorrow,” but that follow-up never came. The process felt drawn out, with inconsistent communication and no clear or direct feedback.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and left me with a negative impression of the interview process..
