Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 interviews. A phone screen with HR which lasted about 1/2 hour, an interview with the CEO and a panel interview with several of the company's directors which were each about an hour.

Question 1
Most of the standard questions for this type of role were asked. Talk about your sales experiences, how you work with marketing, how you manage your team/leads etc. Anyone with any type of management and sales experience would be comfortable answering the questions.
