I applied through the website and was called to come in for an interview after about a week. The interview was very relaxed, almost like having a conversation. There were none of those empty and meaningless questions you expect from job interviews. Basically what they were checking for is that you were friendly and likable, confident and able to speak articulately. I was offered the job and they wanted me to start the next day.
The first 3 days of raining are unpaid, but you get to do all the courses and tours for free, so thats not the worst trade in the world. After day 3 they decide if you stay or go. This is done mainly to weed out the dummies and the candidates who are too scared of the lines.
