The interview is more of a conversation, very insightful and friendly but come prepared to answer many questions about yourself and why you are there. They really want to get to know who you are
Sent in resume, had a quick follow up exchange with manager and an interview shortly after. Interview lasted an hour and he was very kind and approachable. Never heard back after the interview
