Interview was smooth and good selected for 2 technical round .3rd round was HR .just called and asked about your expectations.no rejection mail or acceptance mail till now .when I enquired after 2-3 weeks ,they said they are waiting for operation head approval . After that I just move on .it's better they can say accepted or rejected rather than waiting whole 3-4 weeks in vain.
