I applied through the company's website and was contacted by the recruiter a week later. He scheduled an an hour long interview with me, which he stated went well and was happy about my knowledge , experience etc and that he will schedule another interview with the hiring manager for the position . I interviewed with the hiring manager, who was also pleased and recommended me to move on in the process. I again interviewed with HR then in a weeks time, interviewed with the site manager who was extremely nice and stated that, i will be a good fit for the position. I had all the education, experience, skills etc. The process was quick, back to back and went well with praises from all parties involved. After 3 weeks of several interviews, came the Silent treatment. I never heard from ABB for 3 weeks. I sent an email to the recruiter wanting to know the status of my interview and where I was in the process with no answer or responses. I figured someone might be on vacation so wait. week i sent an email and in 5 min I got......the position has been filled. just like that. I felt somewhat disappointed mainly because i felt i did great, however if another candidate did better and chosen over me, a curtsy email should have been sent to me especially when I gave then 4 hours of my time.
