Absolutely shocking and unprofessional experience. Took the time to attend an in person assessment day in Woking, where I was interviewed by three people and then given a group exercise and presentation with other candidates, Did not hear back for 2 weeks until I got a call from director Paul, who accidentally informed me I had been unsuccessful, by assuming that I had been contacted by recruitment (dianne cooper) who HAD NOT informed me of Hitachi's decision. So unprofessional and a horrible experience as a recent graduate starting my career search. Hitachi needs to do better and recruitment needs to do their job. Informing 4 candidates of their assessment day results isn't that hard of a task.
