Interview
I first talked to HR on the phone - typical background / what did u do etc.
than shedule a call with hiring manager! great, next call what are u looking for ? how can you fit in etc. she told me several times that i have a really strong background are it sounds i'm really familar with everything. so it would be a great match!
Next step was interview with VP of the company. Nice little chat about background and he talked company and his role, what they are looking to achive in the future.
Great easy chat! I had a good feeling. He told me its not his decision to make but will recommend me to hiring manager.
Never heard back! Reached out to HR 3 times! and never got a feedback!
Its so crazy that I put up all the time to talk to them and than hear nothing back.
I spoke to Helen - Jan Dodoo & Christopher Curtis

Question 1
Tell us a little bit about yourself? what are you looking for?
Glassdoor is a good tool to help evaluate companies on the surface, but only if feedback is honest. We do wish all our candidates the best in their search and do what we can to accommodate.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hitwise (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2010
Interview
I had several phone interviews before an actual face to face, 6 to be exact. I understand being careful, but maybe start using Skype. It is difficult to continue to be excited about an opportunity after being asked the same questions behind a curtain. This is also a position that is customer facing, so at least Skype would let them know if I am actually presentable in front of a client. Once I did get a face to face, the gentleman was arrogant and would not look me in the eyes. He continued to talk about how great he was and I could barely explain my skill sets or answer his questions without interrupting him. I did wait until he finished, and once I would start to answer, he would interrupt me to brag about himself again.

Question 1
No questions were really out of the ordinary. Nothing really stumped me, which I guess was also surprising since I had so many interviews. No practical questions either.
