Hitwise interview questions

I first talked to HR on the phone - typical background / what did u do etc. than shedule a call with hiring manager! great, next call what are u looking for ? how can you fit in etc. she told me several times that i have a really strong background are it sounds i'm really familar with everything. so it would be a great match! Next step was interview with VP of the company. Nice little chat about background and he talked company and his role, what they are looking to achive in the future. Great easy chat! I had a good feeling. He told me its not his decision to make but will recommend me to hiring manager. Never heard back! Reached out to HR 3 times! and never got a feedback!
