Hive Technologies interview questions

The 1st interview with TA was straightforward, structured, and good. The 2nd round started with regular questions about past experiences followed by a live test. I have very strong signals that the HM had made mistakes in their own responses to the test. Those mistakes showed up as they built upon the initial question, and are: "corrected" my formula by telling me not to multiply a monthly metric by 3 to answer a quarter-based question; told me to simplify the response by not plotting a distribution for staggered incremental revenue and proceed with 100% rev back-to-back; challenged my thought process when I cut out a step for a 1:1 count-to-$ relationship. In the rejection email they mentioned an "impression of uncertainty and inconsistency in communication under pressure" which I found ironic.

One getting to know call followed by a take home asignment. Call was pretty straightforward and was asked if I am comfortable moving forward quick. Take home asignment followed soon and was given 4 days to complete, Did not make it past the round.
