Really straight forward via zoom with sales manager and marketing manager - had two stages in total, second was a presentation on a specific subject they chose. Responded quickly and very easy going throughout

Extremely long, unorganised and after I got through to the final interview I then wasn't told I didn't get the job until after 3 weeks and it was only because I emailed - clearly they had forgot to inform unsuccessful candidates. Given that their whole business model is based on employee engagement, I thought their interview process was shockingly bad.
