Hivos interview questions

The interview started with a pre-screening, where they verified my qualifications and experience through a series of behavioral based questions. This was followed by an inperson interview with HR and the Sector lead.

The interview process is short and easy. The application on their portal is straight foward, no particular foermant is given. Just have your CV and Cover letter ready. In person the HR really tries to put you at ease. The interview doesn't start with the good old questions of telling us about yourself. Overall, good experience.
