Hoag Memorial Hospital interview questions

I first submitted the application and was invited to a phone interview/screener. Following that, I was then invited to an in person interview before being offered the position. From application to offer the process was about one month. I was offered the position 3 business days after my in-person interview.

Took about 2 weeks to get back to me. First had an automated text message interview asking about times and pay. Then had a second round of text message interviews asking about why I wanted to work at Hoag and asking me to describe scenarios where I handled an upset patient or multiple patients. After about a week I got another interview over phone call.
