Interview
Long process, assigned two multiple part projects then in the second interview they refused to tell me how much the position paid. They cut me after the third interview, I spent a lot of time on the sample project just to be cut without getting basic questions answered. The third interview was basically a repeat of the second making me feel like they did not remember and were interviewing a ton of people for this role.
During our meeting, they selected several projects that piqued their interest, and we delved into various aspects of the creative process. We discussed the chosen medium for each project, exploring how it influenced the overall concept and execution.

Interview
After being contacted by several recruiters and applied multiple times, it took over 2 months to hear back and get an interview scheduled. Interviewer was nice and assigned a skill test. Skill test was very vague.
