I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Lafayette, LA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Recruiter contacted me, asked a few general questions and then set up a time for a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was asked to complete an Online assessment. This consisted of a lot of math. This I found out later, was because the company has very little technology they utilize. The recrutier then contacted me to set up a face to face interview. This turned out to be more of him going company poicies and expectations to ensure I would be willing to comply with those.
If you pass prescreen and online, you are 90% assured of getting the position

Question 1
If ever been let go or terminated from a job.
What is your strongest attribute..
Horrible. Very quick interview scheduled and professional interview but it’s unrealistic to expect 7-10 references that are professional only. Most companies don’t even allow employees to give references so to make that a minimum to move in in today’s world is ridiculous.
The recuiter met me at the door and showed me around the store explaining expectations right off th bat. He then took me to the office and asked me standard interview questions for a leadership position.
