I applied in-person. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Tyler, TX) in Sept 2016
Interview
-No online applications, just original paper ones you pick up from the store.
-I met with the Store Mgr. once I got a call back, shockingly took longer than I thought. Some I've seen meet with one of the other mgrs first for the first set of interviews, then some would get a call back for round 2 with the store mgr.

Very easy interview, they asked me the typical questions about my past experience, how I have demonstrated leadership in the past, why I wanted to join the company, my salary expectations, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (Temecula, CA) in Sept 2024
Interview
The most unprofessional interview I have ever had! The hiring manager made me wait over a half hour. Don't schedule an interview at the time scheduled if you cannot be on time! She made eye contact with me once during the entire interview. She also answered her text messages and responded to her walkie during the interview. I'm not even sure how she is a manager; extremely unprofessional!
I applied online. I interviewed at Hobby Lobby (DeKalb, IL)
Interview
Easy to find where I needed to go. It was a little discouraging to not see eye to eye though on scheduling ebe though I was upfront on my schedule. It seemed like I was being asked to work more than I was looking for.
