Interview
Starts with HR recruiting specialist, Business Unit manager , Operations Manager and finally a trip to corporate office to interview with Corporate Supply Chain Director.
First I interviewed with local HR and Management as described above, then o a second round of interviews with Corporate Management.

Interview
I applied for manufacturing engineer position through Careerbuilders and two weeks later I was contacted by HR recruiter for phone interview. We had friendly and family-oriented interview for 1/2 hour covering my past work experiences in manufacturing engineering. It ended on positive tone and she pomised to call back for further interview. It took 3 weeks before I was contacted and invited by HR recruiter to have in-face interview with 6 co-workers. That interview took 3-1/4 hours covering wide range of topics from my engineering work experience to my personal aptitudes and finally a factory tour at the end. However, I got a gracious and friendly rejection email two weeks later. This company is well organized and focused on lean manufacturing principle. This is great company to work for where everyone work together to accomplish a common goal of being number 1 enclosure manufacturer in the world.
