Met briefly with the HR representative, more of a meet & greet style. Probably could have been done over the phone but it's nice to see people. Met again with the VP and exiting personal. Was very personable and I thought it went very well. I knew they were looking to make a decision quickly so I followed up 48 hours later with an email to HR. I never received any sort of response and expected a 'thanks for no thanks" letter but nothing ever came. Frustrating to spend your time away from work and then just ignored.
