Interview
Fun and informative. Kerrie and Casandra are top notch recruiters and answered all of my questions. They were up front with pay plans and other information that similar competitors may be gray about in their interview process. The application process was simple and user friendly platform was used.

Fairly straightforward and quick. The basic interview questions you would expect for a call center sales position. There was so role playing given different scenarios how I would handle a guest over the phone.

Question 1
What qualities about yourself makes you a good fit?
Very fast since they hire every ocher week, there is always a new class coming along, which I didn’t understand at first but once you start the job after few months, you ll find out why, out of every training class there is only about 10 percent that actually make it past the 90 days.
So if you have a pulse and can make a sentence? You’re hired.
