Then the interview was conducted via Facetime. It was very easygoing and authentic. Everyday type of conversational type of questions. More or less was given the next phases in the follow-up interview.
Standard, used behavioral based interviewing. Welcoming environment with both team and leadership interview . First interview was pre-recorded, next was with a team panel, next was with team leadership and final interview was with head of department

Tell me about a time when you were able to solve a conflict in a group
Quick communication from the recruiter. Interviews were a good mix of standard questions and more customized questions. 4 team members interviewed me for the position. The atmosphere was comfortable and the interviewers were very friendly. They really described the culture of the department and company to help me make an informed decision.
