Interview
Manager was nice and personal, interview was quick and easy. Availability and ability to use opera system were the main concerns. I was told that there was another interview that day (Thursday) but would hear back by the end of the week.
first applied through website, then I was invited for interview by the general manager at the hotel location then I got offer in a week after that. It was pretty straight forward.

Waited an annoying amount of time to be greeted, assistant manager sat down with me in the hotel lobby, and asked basic interview questions. Process was maybe 30 minutes in total.

Asked me about my availability during holiday breaks as a college student.
Easy going, asked about my resume and questions about why I wanted to be there. Also asked about what I wanted my hourly pay to be. I thought the process wasn't bad overall.
