Pretty much straight forward, with a trial shift and different questions on how why I want to work for the hotel.
Also was asked how difficult the trail shift was

Interview
Very quick to the point and only asked basic questions such as any past experience and flexibility for the week—higher chance of getting hired if available on weekends. The interview is around 10 to 15 minutes long.
