Interview
They don’t seem clear on what they’re looking for. It would be more effective to define the role properly before interviewing candidates. Right now, they appear to expect one person to handle everything, which isn’t realistic. Marketing is a distinct function and not the same as HR, management, or finance. It also doesn’t make sense to hire for an executive/ lead role while expecting managerial/ director level responsibilities.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Holiday Inn (Chaddesley Corbett, England) in Oct 2022
Interview
Good, not too hard I actually enjoyed it. Was only for about half an hour. Good employers enjoyed my time here. The interview process wasn’t hard just like a general interview chit chat
