Display marketing and personal motivation related questions
Ci sono circa 4 colloqui da fare via Skype, prima con un HR manager e poi con diversi membri del team in cui si verrà inseriti, di grado sempre più alto. Dopo il primo colloquio bisogna superare un test online, non ripetibile, a risposta multipla. Dopo il secondo colloquio chiedono di sviluppare un case study.

Super smooth interviews, super well organised and clear since the beginning - there are mainly 4 steps for the performance marketing job:
1. Interview with the HR
2. Logical test + Excel test online
3. Interview w/ future Manager
4. Business Case w/ future Manager and Director

Question 1
They will be really interesting in you and your experiences, but the main thing they will look at it is that if you can fit in the company's culture. That's really important! Than for the business case, they will give you all the info for doing at best.
