I had a close friend who worked at Hollister and she was always bugging me to apply. After getting rejected by other stores due to my lack of experience (I'm a high school student and have no work experience), I decided to apply. I went online and got an interview date for that Friday. You get an interview automatically and you have to show up to be considered for the job (they don't call you to confirm). It's a super simple process- I arrived early (10 mins) and went to the cash register to say I was there for an interview and was told to sit on the chairs in the fitting room. Another girl joined me a couple mins later and a manager came out to take us for the interview. This was the day before Christmas Eve so the mall was PACKED and we walked to a lounge table. There were 4 of us being interviewed and the manager was super nice and related back to all of our answers. The whole thing was like 10 mins (we were only asked 3 questions). We didn't really have an order in answering questions but I answered first or second. At the end, we were told to call in 3 days. I called that Tuesday and turns out I got hired and went for my orientation 2 days later. I really do think that they hired based on looks because only me and another good-looking guy showed up for the following orientation (not being cocky, just being honest). Try to dress nice but casual and be super bubbly. I'm a girl if anyone is wondering.

It was a pre recorded interview with an option for the applicant to record their video responses to the questions. There were about 8 to 10 questions. You could only add one response per question and there was a time limit too.
