I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hollister Co. (Dallas, TX) in May 2015
Interview
It was a very casual group interview within the store. Two managers asked questions to about five employees and we all rotated in saying our answers. The order in which we answered differed with each question so everyone had a turn to answer first, second, etc.
A common question asked in group interview settings is, “What does diversity mean to you?” It's a foundational topic that allows candidates to express their understanding of inclusion, equity, and respect for different perspectives. This question often opens up dialogue around how individuals value unique backgrounds, experiences, and identities in the workplace. It's not just about race or gender—it encompasses cultural, generational, and even cognitive differences. Employers use this to gauge how someone might contribute to a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone feels seen and heard.
The interview was a group interview but it was very easy. Everyone answered the same questions. I applied and was offered an interview within the same week. They choose who they like. Not difficult just don't be weird. There lost their sheen recently though so you should be fine if you don't fit the mold. Is there not 30 words yet this is ridiculous I don't know if I can trust this site
