I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hollister Co. (Louisville, KY) in Nov 2011
Interview
My friend who already worked at Hollister referred me to a manager, who sent me the application via email. I filled it out and they called me the next day to set up an interview. A few people told me to wear all Hollister (which I did), but I think just dressing nicely and professionally would have been fine. There were 2 other people with me competing for the spot. The manager just took us to the food court and gave us a casual interview. They were basic sales questions, and we went in order in answering the questions. Within 2-3 days they called me back and said I had the job!

Very simple easy interview process! Found questions online and it pretty much matched that! Manager was very kind and supportive. Had a verbal interview on site and started work soon after!
